– To reduce the risk of electric shock, serious

injury or death:

• Plug directly into a wall outlet. Do not use an extension cord, adapter or surge protector.

• Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric

shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether
the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product - if it
will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

DANGER

This product is equipped with a 3-prong, grounding plug. Plug directly into a properly grounded
outlet, as shown in the illustration below.

Console Grounding Instructions

– To reduce the risk of electric shock

or serious injury:

• Check the condition of the electrical cord and plug monthly. Keep the electrical cord away

from heat sources. Never operate the unit with a damaged electrical cord or plug. Contact
your La-Z-Boy

®

dealer for service.

• Connect this furnishing to a properly grounded outlet only, as indicated by the illuminated

green light.

• This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides

a path of least resistance for electrical current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This
product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding
plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and
grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.

• This product is for use on a nominal 110-volt circuit and has a grounding plug that looks

like the plug illustrated below. Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having
the same configuration as the plug. No adapter should be used with this product.

– To reduce the risk of electric shock, serious

injury or death:

• Disconnect the electrical plug from outlet before cleaning, moving, servicing or when

not in use for an extended period of time.

• Do not insert into the outlet anything other than a securely fitting plug from a properly

operating device designed for 110-volt electricity. If a plug will not fit completely into the
outlet, do not force it in and instead unplug the device. Use extreme caution with liquids
near the outlets. In case of spills into the outlets, immediately unplug the unit and
consult an electrician.

DANGER

1. Consoles with the Power Bundle Option include a black molded storage compartment, one or two

lighted cup holders, two electrical outlets and two USB charging ports. The storage console also
includes a drawer.

2. Lift the padded flip top to access the storage compartment, electrical outlets and USB charging ports.

3. The red light indicates the internal surge suppression is functional. The green light indicates the unit

is grounded. Do not use the electrical outlets or USB charging ports unless both lights are
illuminated. (See Console Troubleshooting Instructions.)

4. Plug in small office devices to the electrical outlets and USB charging ports. Note: USB ports are for

charging only and do not have data transferring capabilities.
