Quality Chain Corporation Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY: This product is warranted to the original buyer for one year from purchase date against defects in workmanship and material. No other express
warranty is given. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO BUYER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE) ARE ALSO LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
Buyer’s remedy for breach of any express or implied warranty is limited exclusively to free repair or replacement of the product at our option. IN NO EVENT SHALL
SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
The defective product must be returned within 30 days of the expiration of warranty period to place of purchase or to manufacturer, freight prepaid.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above
limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary, from state to state.
For Your Convenience and Safety:
Consult your owner’s manual. Clearances are the responsibility of the auto manufacturer. The use of tires, other than original equipment recommended by the
manufacturer, will cause clearance problems if tire chains are added.
A broken cross chain may damage components of front wheel drive autos. This could possibly affect control or operability. IF A CROSS CHAIN SHOULD FAIL,
PULL OFF THE ROADWAY AND REPAIR OR REMOVE BROKEN CHAIN.
Type PL and P Tire Chains must be installed per instructions provided. Loose or improper installations may damage your car or tire chain. IT’S IMPORTANT
TO CHECK THE LIGHTNESS AFTER INSTALLING AND AGAIN AFTER DRIVING ¼ OR ½ MILE.
Do not deflate tires to install chains.
Avoid hitting curb with chains.
Tire Chains are not designed for towing other vehicles.
