Custom Key Lock Control - Prevents unauthorized tam-
pering with the brew cycle.
Water Temperature - To extract the rich, full flavor of
coffee, “IT” allows you to set the optimum water tempera-
ture to the precise degree.
Low Temperature Lockout - To help the brewing cycle
reach its peak brewing performance , the Low Temperature
Lockout feature prevents an operator from
brewing coffee if the water tank temperature falls below
the specified brewing temperature.
Set Brew Size - gives precise brew control by volume.
Dispense Total - By working in conjunction with your
Inventory Control Management, this unique feature
keeps track of the total brew cycles within a specified
period of time and has a non resetable counter to control
ounces dispensed.

when the brewer has not been used for four hours.
Programmable Timer with Battery Backup - This feature
turns the brewer on and off at any prespecified time. It will
