STEP 4
Place the base unit onto the top unit and attach it
with Small Flat Washers (1/4” x 12 mm.), Spring
Washers (1/4”) and Head Cap Bolts (1/4” x 1”).
(see Figure 6)
Head Cap Bolt (1/4” x 1”)
Spring Washer (1/4”)
Small Flat Washer (1/4” x 12 mm.)
STEP 3
Rotate the swivel plate. (see Figure 5)
