Lift the reservoir out of the back of the fountain and quickly
turn upright.
Unscrew the reservoir lid and remove the O-ring.
Next, unplug fountain, remove the housing lid, and remove the
filter.
Filters: Change every 2 to 4 weeks

Filters should be changed every two to four weeks. Replace
the filters more frequently when using the fountain for multiple
pets or pets that produce a lot of saliva.
Filters are an added feature of the fountain. Their use is not
required for normal operation, but will keep the fountain water
cleaner.
Filters may be rinsed out when the fountain is cleaned. Never
wash the filter with soapy water, you will not be able to remove
the soap residue.

IMPORTANT: Motor must be cleaned regularly or the
warranty may be voided. See next page for detailed
instructions.
Empty the water out of the fountain.
Remove the filter housing by pressing
in the tabs at the sides and lifting up.

The flow control knob and stator are
not attached and are freed when the
housing is removed.
