Hardware Limited Warranty
Y-cam Soluti ons Ltd warrants to the original purchaser, with this limited hardware warranty, that
the enclosed Y-cam Internet video camera, will be free from defects in material, workmanship
and design for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase (Infrared LEDs limited to 8000 hours
use).
If the aforementi oned product fails during the warranty period due to a defect in materials,
workmanship or design, sole responsibility lies with In Y-cam Soluti ons Ltd. At the discreti on
of Y-cam Soluti ons Ltd, the product will either be repaired or replaced with the same or a later
version that performs substanti ally the same functi on as the unit being replaced.
This warranty does not cover any damage att ributable to normal wear and tear, deteriorati on,
faulty maintenance, erroneous installati on or faulty repair.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by wilful or accidental mishandling, improper
installati on or environmental conditi ons including, but not limited to, electrical surges, water
damage and heat exposure. This warranty is void if the product is tampered with or altered in any
way. If the product is to be used outdoors or in dusty, humid, or other hosti le environments, it
must be suitably protected.
Except for the exclusive remedy set forth above, in no event shall Y-cam Soluti ons Ltd have any
liability to the purchaser or any third party for any claim, loss or damage of any kind, even if Y-cam
Soluti ons Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages, including but not limited to lost
prots. Y-cam Soluti ons Ltd will not be liable for the consequenti al, incidental, special puniti ve or
indirect damages arising out of or in connecti on with the inability to use the product, soft ware or
equipment related thereto or if used in connecti on therewith or the infringement of any patent,
copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of any third party. In no event shall
Y-cam Soluti ons Ltd´s liability for damages, whether arising out of contract, negligence, warranty
or infringement of any intellectual property right, exceed the purchase price paid by purchaser for
the products.
Y-cam Soluti ons Ltd specically disclaims any liability whatsoever for loss of data or loss of
informati on cased by the product.
Note: this warranty does not cover Y-cam Soluti ons Ltd’s products if purchased from an unauthorized
aucti on house. Y-cam Soluti ons Ltd will not replace these units regardless of whether or not the
product is in or out of warranty.
This hardware limited warranty may be subject to without prior noti ce or change by
Y-cam Soluti ons Ltd.
