The unit does not turn on.
Ensure that the unit is fully charged. Try 
charging the unit overnight.
Reset the unit (use a paper clip to press the

Reset button on the rear of the player) and
try again.
The buttons do not work.

I cannot transfer files to the unit.
Ensure that your computer is running a sup-

ported operating system.
Launch the included software before con- 
necting the unit to the computer.
If you are using a USB extension cable,

ensure that it is securely attached to the unit
and the PC, or try using another USB cable.
If you have connected the player through a

USB hub, try connecting the unit directly to
the computer.
Ensure that the unit’s memory is not full. 
The unit has malfunctioned.
Reset the unit (use a paper clip to press the 
Reset button on the rear of the player) and
try again.
