Open the printer cover.

Pull both platen levers in the
direction of the arrows to separate
the platen roller from the head, and
then pull out the paper roll.
4.5 Removing the Remainder of Paper Rolls
CAUTION:
When removing the paper roll (in either direction), the platen levers must be pulled.
