To play back new messages only
You can listen to new messages only without replaying the previously
heard messages.
From a touch tone phone

Remote code no.
Call your unit and press the remote
code number during the greeting
message playback.
—After a long beep, short beeps
sound to indicate the number of
recorded messages.
Press “4” within 4 seconds after the
short beeps.
—The unit rewinds the tape and
plays back the recorded messages
which have not been listened to
yet.
—To stop remote operation, hang up.
Mote:
•Even during the playback of old messages, you can skip them by
pressing “4”.
To rewied/fast forward the tape
Press “1 ” to rewind the tape.
Press “2" to fast forward the tape.
—The tape rewinds or fast forwards
for a few seconds and starts
playback.
