Set BAND to the desired radio

band.
FM STEREO; To receive FM stereo

broadcasts
(If you have tuned into
an FM stereo broad­

cast, the FM ST indica­
tor will light.)

AM:

To receive AM broad­

casts

•If FM stereo reception is poor, set BAND to FM. This

will reduce the noise and provide clear reception;

however, the broadcast wilt not be heard in stereo.

Use TUNING to tune into a de­

sired broadcast.
