Baking time and temperature vary largely depending on Pizza dough and ingredients.

Usually when baking a fresh homemade Pizza dough, it will take some 15-20 minutes at

375ºF. Thawed Pizza which is half-baked will take some 10-12 minutes to cook at 375ºF,

while frozen Pizza will need more time and higher temperature (follow indications on

packaging). Reheat cooked Pizza at 350ºF for some 7-10 minutes. Always CAREFULLY

monitor Pizza when in the oven. DO NOT let burn or overcook.

Your Pizza Oven can also be used to cook many other foods (meat, fish, seafood,

vegetables, small cakes, etc.). ALWAYS use Pizza Stone to cook food in Pizza Oven. If
