USB64

Normal operating mode:

This is the usual working mode. In this mode the LED flashes for about 2 seconds after power
on and then stays lit. As soon as Midi messages are generated by the USB64 the LED flashes
to indicate the Midi out activity of USB64. Consequently the LED can be used to check the
fundamental function of USB64.

Update Mode:

The update mode is used to update the firmware of the USB64. For this these devices are
necessary:

PC compatible computer with USB interface and Microsoft Windows 98, Second Edition
(98SE), Windows 2000 Desktop oder Windows XP ( bevorzugt)

Remark: A firmware update via Midi is not possible.

Attention: The upper three pins of JP10 have to remain unconnected at all events !

Please leave this jumper in the factory setting (see picture). It is used for the internal reset of
the circuit. If the jumper is removed or changed to the other position USB64 will not work !
