with a soak or a doublé wash. You can
work the Cycle Ccnool Knob for these
added cleaning c perations

SOAK

• Add detergent or ore-soak product

to washer basket Always dissolve

enzyme pre-soak and detergent

powders to help prevent spot fading

on colored items.
• Add load
• Select a warm or cold wash water

temperature

• Push Cycle Control Knob in and turn
right (clockwise) to a fill area in the

REGULAR HEAVY or SHORT Cycle,

• The washer fills only when the Control
Knob points to one of these fill areas.
Eor a lower water level, see page 4,
• Warm water is suggested for most
soaking.
• After the washer fills, push the Control
Knob in, SLOWLY turn the Control Knob
to the 2-minute setting. Pull the knob out

to start,

• Let the washer agitate for about one
minute, then push the Control Knob in to
stop the washer,
• Soak for the time needed, (Follow
paokage recommendations on the pre­
soak product) NEVER SOAK MORE
THAN TWO HOURS.
• Pull the Control Knob out to let the
washer finish agitating
• After the washer drains and spins, but
before it refills for the rinse, push the
Control Knob in to stop the washer,
• Add detergent for the wash. Always

dissolve powdered detergent In a
quart of warm water before adding

to a wet load. (Or use undiluted liquid
detergent)

• Turn the Control Knob to the right
(clockwise) to the cycle and number of
minutes you want,
• PuL the Control Knob out to start the
washer
• Use chlorine bleach only in a full
wash cycle, not in a soak.

PRE WASH

• Add detergent to the washer basket,
• Add load.
• Select a wash water temperature. Use
warm or cold water for stained fabrics.
Use hot for heavily soiled or greasy
loads
• Push Cycle Control Knob in and turn
right (clockwise) to the fill area in the

REGULAR HEAVY Cycle,

• Pull the Control Knob out to start the
vyasher filling

• When the washer has filled to the
level you want, push the Control Knob in
SLOWLY turn the Control Knob right
(clockwise) to the wash time needed for

the load (usually 4to6 minutes.) Pull
the knob out to start,

• After the washer agitates, drains and
spins, push the Control Knob in to stop
the washer before it refills for the rinse
• Add detergent tor the second wash
