INSTALLATION STEPS:

ITEMS INCLUDED IN THIS BOX

TOOLS NEEDED FOR ASSEMBLY

½” Closed End Wrench

½” Socket with Ratchet Wrench Extension

Remove all bed rails

and all bed rail mount-

ing brackets prior to

installation.

Using the original bed

frame holes from the

Carroll Side Rail, in-

stall the Carroll Mount

(77107) using the en-

closed hardware (77108).

Tighten securely to bed

frame. (See Figure 2)

*The Halo Safety Ring is designed to accommodate a range of different bed manufacturers. If the device does not easily attach to the bed deck, interferes

with the sub-frame, or the mattress does not firmly contact the Halo Safety Ring bracket – DO NOT USE. Contact customer service at (800) 564 - 9248

Mattress must remain in firm contact with the Halo Safety
Ring on both sides of the bed. If a Halo Safety Ring is only
installed on one side of the bed, the mattress must remain in
firm contact with the mattress stay or mount bracket on the
other side of the bed.

In order to prevent entrapment in Zones 1 through 4 and
create a protective sleep environment, two complete Carroll
Circle Mounting Brackets must be installed on the same bed.

Your Halo Safety Ring is now installed

and ready for resident use!

Duplicate step 2 on the

opposite side of the

bed.

Slide the Halo Safe-

ty Ring (77104) into

the Carroll mounting

bracket on the pre-

ferred side by pinching

the detent pins on the

bottom bar of the Halo

Safety Ring. Once in-

serted, the detent pins

will pop out securing

the Halo Safety Ring in

position.
