Insert Top Upright Tube Into Bottom Upright Tube.
Note: That The Top End Has A Thru-Hole Closest
To The End Of The Tube.
Second To Last Thing To Do Is Slide The Smaller
Collar On Once The Top Upright Tube Is On.
Pin the two tubes together as shown.
Last Thing To Do Is Plug The Tube.
Slide The Two Large Collars On.
