turn the power switch of the

tool to its “OFF” position and

unplug the tool from its

electrical outlet before

performing any inspection or

maintenance.

problem corrected before

cleaning, maintenance, and

lubrication

BeFOre eAch use,

inspect the

general condition of the tool. Check

for loose screws, misalignment or

binding of moving parts, cracked or

broken parts, damaged electrical wir-

ing, and any other condition that may

affect its safe operation.
AFter use,

2.

When using latex paint,

clean the sprayer and components

with clean water. When using oil

based paint, use mineral spirits to

clean the sprayer and components.

Lock the Gun and remove the Spray

a.

Submerge the Suction Tube in a

container with the appropriate clean-

ing solution.
Place the waste material container

next to the paint container.
Aim the Spray Gun into the paint

container and pull the trigger.
Turn the Power switch to the “ON”

position and the “PRIME/SPRAY”

knob to “SPRAY”. Purge the paint

into the original container until the

cleaning solution starts coming out.
Move the Spray Gun to the waste

Release the Trigger, turn the

and pull the trigger once to release
