Check the main water supply valve.

• Is the power connected?

Check if the power cord plug is plugged

into a 120 v~ 60 Hz wall outlet.

• Is water overflowing or leaking?

In this case, please contact the service

• Does this occur frequently?

In this case, please contact the service

center.

Beeped and

Cleaning LED

blinked while

the water is

extracted.

• Is Inlet water high or low flow

rate?

In this case, please control inlet flux by

adjusting the inlet adapter valve.

Cleaning LED

blinked while

the water is

not extracted.

• Do you check errors of the inlet

valve and the sensor flux?

In this case, after the ionized water

is extracted, the normal state can be

recovered. But if this error frequently

occur, please contact the service center.

Beeped when

the water is

extracted and

automatically

stopped.

• Do you check disconnection of

electrolyzer?

In case that this problem is consistently

occurred, please contact the service

center.

Water leaks.

• Does the water leak when ionized water is

extracted?

Close the water supply valve and

contact the service center.

The operation

automatically

stops when

extracting ionized

water.

• Has the extraction time exceeded the preset

time?

To prevent water overflowing by

mistake, ionized water extraction is

automatically stopped when a preset

time has passed.

- Ionized alkaline water, filtered water

: Stops after 2 minutes of continuous

extraction

- Weak acidic ionized water: Stops after

2 minutes of continuous extraction.

A white

substance settles

at the bottom

when ionic water

is left over.

• Has the calcium ion in the water combined with

the carbonic acid in the water?

This is caused by the calcium mineral

that melts in the water has been

extracted, depending on the main

water quality.

Although drinking the water is safe, if

this symptom continues, ask for after-

sales service to protect the product.

Noise is

generated inside

the product

when extracting

ionized water.

• Do you hear the sound of air bubbles and water

flowing when extracting ionized water?

The noise is generated when ionized

water is generated by the electrolyzer

and this is normal.
