2、Operating Instructions：
A、Press the power key to charge or check capacity: product will automatically detect the load: no-load, full load or show
capacity. Press the power key again to power off. If the electric current is less than 50mA, the product will not charge.
B、Capacity Light：when charging, the lights will flash .When fully charged, the lights will stop flashing.
C、Capacity display:
Capacity Light 1 ON 2 ON 3 ON 4 ON
Capacity <25% 25%-50% 50%-75% 75%-100%
D、Torch: press torch button once 50% brightness, twice for 100% brightness.
E、"SOS" signal: long press torch button for the SOS distress signal.
F、 Input and output: charge the battery with micro USB connector; use standard USB connector to charge other devices
with RXB1.
3、Warning:
A、Do not expose the product to fire and high temperature.
B、Do not disassemble or tamper with the product.
