FAQ Causes and solutions
Cannot receive
calls
� Check whether phone is on and connected
to the network.
� Verify your payments to your network
provider are up to date.
� Check validity of the SIM card.
� Check if there are any call limits set up.
� Check if fixed dial is enabled.
Cannot charge � Check charger/cable connection.
� Move to an environment which is greater
than -10℃ (22°F) or less than 50℃
(122°F).
� Damaged battery or charger, need to replace
Some functions
don’t work
� Wrong buttons pressed. Confirm the correct
button sequence and try again.
