INSTALLATION
NOTE: Refer to Fig. 1 for installation.
1.
Install seat gasket (507) into valve body
(306).
2. Install seat (506), cage (600), body gasket
(305) into valve body (306).
3.
Slide the valve plug/stem assembly (505)
into the cage (600) slowly.
4. Place the cage load ring (508) centered on
the top of the cage.
5.
Complete the bonnet (302) installation as
stated in the valve IOM being careful to
insure alignment of the cage load ring with
the recess in the bonnet.
MAINTENANCE
1. During routine maintenance the trim should
be carefully inspected for wear and replaced
as needed.
2.
The valve IOM should be followed for all
operating and maintenance procedures.
CAUTION!
All warnings from valve IOM must be followed.
