Saving receipts and documents

Saving receipts and documents is quick and easy. In Paperless, your information is automatically saved in the library
file. There is no need to save, unless you are looking to have an extra copy of the item outside of your Paperless
library. To save a copy of the item:

Select the item(s) you want to save.

Choose Save... from the File menu,

type Ctrl+S, or use the contextual menu.

Select a destination for your item. You can

save the file wherever you like.

Choose a file format for your item. You

can specify if you want the format to stay the
same as the original, or if you want to save it
in a different format. Paperless will generate
a new file from all your selected items.

Click OK.

A dialog will prompt you to confirm your
export if your selected destination is not an
empty folder. You will also be notified by a
dialog box when your export is complete.
