3. Turn the gain control to minimum on Input A and plug in your acoustic guitar. Turn the bottom

encoder to select "TAG FX Acous Gtr" and then turn the top knob to select the preset "007

AcstcGuitar" Press the encoder button to load the patch. Of course if there is a different preset

you'd like to use on the guitar, feel free to select it now.

4. Bring up the gain on Input 1 on the AudioBox, and verify that the input is not clipping when

playing at your loudest level.

5. Now it's time to plug in the Microphone into Input 2 on the AudioBox, and select an appropriate

processing effect on that input. Turn the gain control to minimum, plug in the microphone, and

if it is a condenser microphone that requires 48V phantom power, press the switch labeled "48V"

to apply phantom power. Note you can apply 48V to inputs 1-4, 5-8, or all. Do not apply 48V to

inputs that do not require phantom power.

6. Now we need to add a channel to load in a vocal effect. Simply press the Channel + button and

a new channel will open up:

7. Now turn the bottom knob to select the "TAG: FX Vocal", and select the preset "Fat Voice."

8. Now press the PLAY button to hear both effects simultaneously. Note you can press the EFFECT

button and use the Channel + or Channel - buttons to go to a particular channel and change the

TAG or Preset in that particular channel.

9. If you want to SAVE this combination of sounds, simply press and hold the EDIT button, and you

can save this preset to the USER TAG. Press the bottom encoder to save using a default name. You

can rename this preset by using the Graphical User Interface described later.
