Hood equipped with a removable protective grease filters.
Filters provide the absorption of particles suspended in
air, so they can become contaminated, depending on the
frequency of use of the hood.
In order to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
of extraction is necessary to regularly clean the grease
filters from contamination.
Cleaning is performed every 5-6 weeks by hand in warm
soapy water without a strong mechanical impact or in the
dishwasher.
Increased frequency of cleaning
grease filters hinders the absorption of
exhaust air. This increases the load on
the motor and can affect the life of the hood.
Manual cleaning is done as follows:
- remove the filter by pushing the lock filter;
- rinse with detergent or soap solution with a sponge or
soft brush;
- thoroughly wash the filter with warm water;
- wait until completely dry filter;
- set a filter in the hood, by pushing the lock filter.
In the case of treatment using the dishwasher, make sure
that in the used vehicle does not include detergents aggressive
substances which can damage the surface of aluminum parts
filter. In a dishwasher place the filters vertically to avoid hitting
them food scraps.
Before installing a filter in the hood after cleaning in the
dishwasher, make sure that the filter is dry. Failure to follow
these rules, filter can be spoiled!
