INTERIOR PARTS ASSEMBLY
1. Place the flavor grids in position. (See Fig. 14)
2. Place the anti-flare screen mesh in position. (See
Fig. 15)
3. Place the main cooking grates in position. (See Fig.
16)
4. Slide the Bread Warming Rack through the cutouts
on the hood support sides and rest it on the
brackets. (See Fig. 17)
