Installation Instructions for

4 foot wide docks :

1. Determine location of receiver based on

accessories to be used with it.

2. Receiver must be located at a location allowing
the cross beam to span the underside of the
dock and meet up with the Cross Beam
Mounting Plate on the opposite side

3. On the slotted receiver side of the dock drill
(2) 1/8" pilot holes in the bottom flange of the
side panel at 6.5" on center. Enlarge holes

using 1/2" drill bit. See exhibit 1.

4. Mount the slotted receiver in the holes using
2 of the 1/2" x 1" bolts (#9), 1/2" flat washers
(#10) and 1/2" nyloc hex nuts (11).

5. On the dock side opposite the receiver drill
(2) - 1/8" pilot holes in the bottom flange of the
side panel at 2" on center. Enlarge holes using
1/2" drill bit. See exhibit 3

6. Mount the cross beam mounting plate in the
holes using 2 of the 1/2" x 1" bolts, 1/2" flat
washers and 1/2" nyloc hex nuts. See exhibit 4

7. With the help of an assistant attach the cross
beam (6) to the receiver (5) and cross beam
mounting plate (1) using 2 each of the 3/8"

16x1" bolts (8) and flat washers (7) on each
side. See exhibits 2 & 4.

8. For Dock Side Accessories requiring two

receivers, the bolts securing the receiver to the
bottom flange of the side panel may need to be
loosened to allow proper alignment and

insertion of accessory support tubes.
