Cordless Hair Clipping
D Charge according to directions. Unplug
Clipper from outlet and remove cord.
B Slide ON/OFF switch ON to begin clipping.

If the charge runs low while clipping, the
green Charging Light will turn orange.
□ If the charge runs out while clipping, connect
cord provided to Clipper and outlet. Wait
a few seconds and then turn Clipper ON to
continue clipping.
Hair Clipping
I Use this Clipper for its intended household
use as described in this manual.
► Make sure that the appliance is fully charged
before you start clipping hair.
I Before you start clipping, make sure that the
head of the person whose hair you are cutting
is at the same level as your chest so that all
parts of his/her head are clearly visible and
within easy reach.
I Only use the appliance on clean, dry hair.
I Do not use on freshly washed hair.

Before you begin,comb the hair in the direction
of growth (fig. 3).
I To achieve optimal clipping results, always move
the appliance slowly through the hair against
the direction of hair growth.
Clipping with small or large comb
Q Be certain the Clipper is in the OFF position.
B
Select the comb attachment.The table shows
the remaining hair length after clipping at the
different settings of the small or large comb.

Slide the selected comb into the guiding
grooves on both sides of Clipper and push
until you hear it ‘click’ into place (fig. 4).
□ Turn the Zoom Wheel Hair Length Setting
Selector to the desired setting (fig. 5). See
Table 1 for settings.
-The small comb cuts hair to a length of
l/8in/3mm to 55/64in/22mm
-The large comb cuts hair to a length of
7/8in/23mm to I 23/32in/42mm
B The selected setting number will appear on
the display on the Clipper.
When you are clipping for the first time, start at
the maximum clipping length setting (55/64in/22mm
using small comb or I 23/32in/42mm using large
comb) to familiarize yourself with the appliance
and prievent accidentally trimming hairs too short.
As you become familiar with the settings, adjust
the Zoom Wheel Hair Length Setting Selector to
desired trimming length.
NOTE:The display automatically lights up when
attaching a comb or bv turning the Zoom Wheel
Hair Length Setting Selector fFig. 61.
