drips out
The coffee has been ground too

The hole in the spout of the filter

Use coffee with a medium grind or the
kind made for espresso coffee
Clean the hole in the filter holder
Clean the filter with hot water, scrub-
bing with an abrasive pad
The milk froth does not form
properly when making cap-
puccinos
The milk is not cold enough
The steam nozzle is dirty
Always use milk cold from the refrig-
erator
Carefully clean the holes of the steam
nozzle.
The filter time of the coffee
is longer than expected
The filter is plugged with limescale
Proceed with the decalcification oper-
ation as described in the paragraph
“Descaling”

aftertaste
The machine has not been rinsed
