Call Manager Statistics (SCCP)

Call Manager Statistics (SCCP)

Displays the performance statistics of the Call Manager.

From the Tests menu, tap Results and the Call Manager Statistics tab.

Call Statistics

Assigned Phone Number is the phone number assigned to the
endpoint (caller) by the Call Manager during registration.

Peer Phone Number is the phone number used by the endpoint in
Caller mode to reach the peer endpoint.

Peer Display Information is the peer endpoint’s display information.

Call Manager IP Address/DNS is the IP/DNS of Cisco call manager
which establish the SCCP call signaling.

Registration Failure Reason is the error message received from the
CallManager if the registration is failed.

Call Manager Performance (ms)

Registration Time is the time required to transmit the registration
request to the CallManager and receive the registration
acknowledgement from the Call Manager.

Unregistration Time is the time required to transmit the unregistration
request to the CallManager and receive the unregistration
acknowledgement from the CallManager.

TCP Connect Time is the time required to establish the connection.

TCP Disconnect Time is the time required to close the connection.

Off Hook Time is the time in milliseconds between the transmission of
the Off Hook Message to the CallManager and the reception of the Call
State (off-hook) message.
