5. Notes

5.1 Maintenance and Repair
This instrument includes sensitive components. Please make sure it is always protected from moisture,
impact, dropping, dust and direct sunlight, and handle it with care to ensure prolonged usage. It is
recommended to clean the surface of the instrument and the wrist cuff with a soft and dry cloth.

5.2 Questions and Answers

Q1: The computer did not run the measurement programme automatically after the unit had been

connected.

A1: Please click on the icon on the toolbar at the bottom right corner of the screen to execute the

program manually.

Q2: What is the standard specification of the attached USB Transfer Cable?
A2: An additional USB 2.0 extension cable is compatible with the monitor.

The total length of the cable must not exceed 120 cm.

Q3: The cuff keeps pumping up and is not stopping.
A3: Press “Stop” to stop the measurement process.

Close the software and restart it.

Q4: The software cannot be displayed normally on screen.
A4: Check if you have installed the software correctly, and if your computer system supports the

software.
