4.2.2 FCC Part 15 ElectroMagnetic Compliance Statement - USA
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to
Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference when the equipment is operating in a commercial environment. This equipment generates,
uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a
residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case, the user is required to correct the
interference at their own expense.
4.2.3 FCC Part 68 Statement - USA
This equipment complies with Part 68 of the FCC rules and the requirements adopted by the ACTA. On the
Top Cover of this equipment is a product label that contains, among other information, an ACTA product-
labeling number in the format US: AAAEQ##TXXXX. If requested, this number must be provided to the
telephone company. This number relates to the included board(s) that provide the T1 interface of the
equipment.
For this equipment the Facilities Interface Code (FIC) may be 04DU9.BN, 04DU9.DN, 04DU9.1KN or
04DU9.1SN according to configuration of equipment, and the Service Order Code (SOC) is 6.0N.
