HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE:
Before you call for service:
1) Is the circuit breaker tripped or the fuse blown?
2) Is there a power outage in the area?
For warranty service, contact your local DCS authorized service agency. Provide service agency with
the Model Number, Serial Number, and date of installation, and a brief description of the problem. If
you need assistance in locating the authorized service agency in your area please contact our DCS
Consumer Service Department for an authorized service agent near you, our number is
