Configuring the Tape Button
You can specify the action the system takes when the Tape button is
pressed.
1. Press
Menu .
2. Select "Setup".
3. If necessary, press the green down arrow key to scroll through
the menu screens.
4. Select "Configure Tape Button".
• If you always want to print one tape at a time, select "Always
Print One Tape".
• If you want to enter the number of tapes to print, select "Ask
For Tape Quantity".
Once you make your selection, the system returns to the Setup
Menu.

Enabling/Disabling the Refill Password
You can force a user to enter in a special password when refilling the
machine.
i NOTE: The Supervisor password must be enabled first.
1. Press Refill .
2. Select "Refill Code: none".
3. When prompted, enter the Supervisor Password and select
"Accept".
4. At the Change Refill Code screen, you can either enable a new
refill password or disable an existing refill password.

Refill Password
Enter a four-digit password and select "Accept". From this point
on, a user will be able to check the balance, but will not be able
to do a refill or change the refill amount without entering the refill
code or the supervisor password. Also, the selection on the Refill
menu will change from Refill Code: none to Refill Code: xxxx.
Disable
Refill Password
Leave the password blank and select "Accept".
i NOTE: If the Supervisor password is disabled, the refill password
is also disabled automatically.
