Use Screws (E) to fix the Rotating Legs and
the Supporting Tube (11&16) to the Rotating
Panel (13). Use Screws (B) to fix the Horizontal Tubes (12)
between the Rotating Legs (11).
Slide down the Supporting Tube (16) through the Right Front Leg (5),
then fix the Screws (F) to the Right Front Leg (5).
