The SCIOCFG.EXE should be running as a background task, whenever
Concept software is being used to change the configuration registers of
the 140 AxI 05x 00sc series of modules. Start SCIOCFG.EXE by double
clicking on the SCIOCFG.EXE icon, then start Concept software.
