HOLD Holds the reading on the display

RANGE Activates manual ranging. Press and
hold for 2 seconds to return to auto

Rotary Switch
OFF Turns the 265 completely off.
V Used to measure DC volts.

Ω Ω Used to measure resistance.
Used to measure continuity.
Selects diode test function.
Selects capacitance test function.
