MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

1. A- adjust; C- clean; I- inspect, clean or replace if necessary;
L- lubricate; R- replace
2. The items with “*” must be inspected and repaired by professionals. If you
yourself are a professional please follow this owners manual and choose
qualified tools.
3. Driving in unusually dusty, sandy or rocky areas requires more frequent
services.

During running-in period, replace every 150 miles.
After running-in period, replace every 600 miles.
It is very important to inspect and maintain your Go-kart regularly. Follow the
guidelines in the chart. The intervals between periodic services in months are
shown. At the end of each interval be sure to perform the maintenance listed.
