Feedback setup
BECKHOFF servo drives will be delivered with pre configured settings. To adapt it to
your application and your equipment BECKHOFF Software Tool Drive can be used.
Settings for MES:
• Encoder feedback to function 7 SinCos W&S
Commutation of the motor will be done by small moves / vibrations (Wake &
Shake) of the motor shaft. This happens after first enable (Enable).
• Enclines to "1"
This is one sine period per electrical turn.
• Band width: default 600
With higher band width drive will react faster to offset => smaller lag distance at
acceleration. A higher band width only makes sense for small inertia, small K
P
and very high acceleration. Smaller band width will be like a filter, Speed and
position offset will be more smooth.
"Graphica" Setup:
