fuLL ONe (1) YeAR use WARRANTY:

DryGuy

(U.S.) warrants this product for One (1) Year against any defects in material or workmanship. The

defective product will be replaced or repaired at no charge in either of two ways.
The first, which will result in exchanges only, is to return the product to the retailer from whom it was

purchased (provided the store is a participating retailer). Returns should be made within the time period

of the retailer’s policy for exchanges (usually 30 days after the sale). Proof of purchase may be required.

Please check with the retailer for their specific return policy regarding returns.
The second option is to take or send the product (prepaid) to a DryGuy

authorized service center for repair

or replacement at our discretion. Proof of purchase, store name and date of purchase may be required.
This warranty does not apply to accessories. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have

other rights which vary from state to state. Should you have any questions, contact the service center. This

product is not intended for commercial use.

The fOLLOWINg WILL NOT be cOveRed uNdeR WARRANTY:

- Any modification to TurboDry

- Product has been misused or improperly cared for
- Products over One (1) year from date of original purchase
- Warranty request without original receipt
- Repairs done by anyone other than DryGuy

or DryGuy

authorized repair facility

In consideration of the above promises by DryGuy

, the buyer agrees to and accepts the following conditions:

1. That this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
2. That all warranties OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY

EXCLUDED OR WAIVED.

3. That the buyer’s sole remedy shall be to obtain replacement of the product free of charge from

DryGuy

provided any and all warranty defects falls within the warranty period and meets all warranty

provisions.

4. That this remedy is in lieu of all other remedies or claims for damages, consequential or otherwise,

which the buyer may have against DryGuy
