9. Disposal

In the interests of the environment, the device cannot be disposed of in normal household waste at
the end of its service life. Disposal can take place via respective collection points in your country.
Follow local regulations when disposing of the materials.

Dispose of the device in accordance with the EC directive on old electric and electronic
devicesWEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
If you have queries, contact the appropriate local authorities.

11. What if there are problems?

Unplug the device, allow it to cool
down, then fill it with 120 ml water
and start the programme as de-
scribed in the instructions.

The device switches itself off
midway through the process, and
there are no more displays.

Too little water in the
steriliser

No LED display

Mains plug not (prop-
erly) plugged in or
faulty device

Check that the mains plug is (prop-
erly) plugged in. If there is still no
display, switch the device off, unplug
it and return the device to the retailer.
