Connection and installation
In this chapter, we will explain the displays and connections of the dsl
+
1100
duo and show you how to set up the device. In addition, we describe the con-
nection of the computers and the installation of the USB driver. A network
example is illustrated at the end of the chapter.
2.1
Display and connections
Connect
Lit when an active Internet connection exists.
Power
Lit when it is switched on.
DSL
DSL connection; flashes while setting up a connection; lit
when a connection exists.
ETH
Lit when a computer or another network device is connected;
flashes during data transfers.
USB
Lit when a computer or another network device is connected;
flashes during data transfers.
