CAUTION

– The floor nozzle with the rotation brush is not intended for vacuuming impurities from

carpets with high pile.

– If the rotation brush is blocked during operation (e.g. due to sucking in large foreign

objects, due to winding carpet piles, threads or hair on them etc.) turn off the vacuum

cleaner by switch

A1 or B1. Then remove the cause of blocking or clean the rotation

brush if necessary (see par.

V. MAINTENANCE).

Emptying dust container

If you find out that the suction performance of the vacuum cleaner is reduced, make sure

that the dust container is not full and if necessary, empty it. After pressing the dust bin

arrest button

A2, remove the container from the cleaner by pulling slightly (pic. 4A). Pull

out micro-filter

E3 and filter protector E4 from the container, then place the container over

a dustbin and empty it into common municipal waste (Fig. 4B). For sanitary reasons we

recommend emptying the container outside residential premises.

Cleaning dust container and cleaning filter

After the container has been emptied about 5 times, we recommend complete cleaning of

the suction system from the settled dust. Clean all parts (i.e.

the container, micro-filter,

filter protector) unit can be cleaned by tilting off the dust container). Tap the dust out of the

filter over a dustbin or to clean the filter through a blowing (we recommend the filter cleaning

outside of living area for hygiene reasons). If the protection micro filter is very dirty, you can

also rinse the pleated side of the Filter under lukewarm slow-running tap. Hold the filter in

such a way that the pleated side points upwards and the water flows parallel to the pleats.

Hold the filter at an angle so that the water washes away the dirt inside the pleats. Turn the

filter 180° and let the water flow along the pleats in the opposite direction. Continue this

process until the filter is lid. After drying, insert the cartridge back to the dust container in the

opposite way.

CAUTION

– Never vacuum impurities without protective filters on.

– The maximum suction effect will be reached with a clean micro-filter and an empty

container.

– Do not use any aggressive washing or cleaning agents or hot water to clean the

micro-filter.

– The micro-filter is not intended for washing in a dishwasher!

– The dust container is not resistant to cleaning in a dishwasher!

– Cleaning the micro-filter will not restore its original colour, but it will restore its filtration

properties.

– Neglecting the micro-filter cleaning may lead to breakdown of the vacuum cleaner!

– Make sure that the contact surfaces and the sealing elements are functional.

– We recommend replacing the micro-filter twice a year or when it cannot be cleaned

properly or if it is damaged. You can buy spare micro-filters in the elektro shop chain.
