Maintenance
The MK 20 does not require special maintenance. However, if used in
new installations which have not been rinsed it may be necessary to
check and clean the trap.
1. Observe danger note on page 2.
2. Depressurise steam trap. Unscrew and remove cover .
3. Remove and clean strainer .
4. Remove membrane regulator . Press cleaned or new membrane
regulator (capsule) onto the nozzle insert until it snaps into place.
5. Insert strainer .
6. Clean all seating surfaces and apply heat-resistant lubricant (e. g.
WINIX ® 2150).
7. Insert new gasket .
8. Install cover and tighten it.
