9 Response Request

The user will be able to suppress all responses from the IT-AS411 if they like. The

user should ensure that all subsequent requests to the IT-AS411 are properly formatted
as it would be difficult to ascertain their correctness without a response. The format for
the Response request is as follows:

Syntax:
RSP <”Y”|”N”><cr>
Where:
RSP

Response

Request

header.

“Y”|”N”

Y = response enabled, N = response disabled


Example:

RSP Y<cr>

– Response requested.

RSP N<cr>

– Response suppressed.
