Administrating user group members
How to administrate user group members:
1. Click on the
User area > User groups
entries in the tree view.
2. Right-click the user group to be edited and click the
Configuration
entry in the con-
text menu.
3. Click the
Members
tab.
Members can now easily be added to or deleted from the user groups.
The window consists of two tables. These tables list the user accounts of the
KVM system:
4. Mark the user account you want to add to or delete from the group.
5. Mark the user account you want to add to or delete from the group. Now click
the button (right arrow) to add the user account to the group or the button
(left arrow) to delete it from the list.
(De)activating a user group
How to (de)activate a user group:
1. Click on the
User area > User groups
entries in the tree view.
2. Right-click the user group you want to (de)activate and click the
Configuration
entry in the context menu.
3. Activate the
Enabled
entry to activate the user group.
If you want to lock the access to the KVM system for members of this user group,
deactivate the entry.
4. Click the
OK
button to save your settings.
Deleting a user group
How to delete a user group:
1. Click on the
User area > User groups
entries in the tree view.
2. Right-click the user group you want to delete and click the
Delete
entry in the con-
text menu.
3. Confirm the confirmation prompt by clicking
Yes
or cancel the process by
clicking
No
.
Unassigned:
lists all user accounts that are not assigned to this group
Assigned group
members:
lists all user accounts that are assigned to this group
