Incubate the membrane with an optimized
concentration of the conjugated secondary antibody.

Briefly rinse the membrane with two changes of
wash buffer followed by 4 longer washes in PBS-T
(4 × 5 min with rocking).

Detection solution A and B are mixed and pipetted
onto the membrane for a short incubation.

Drain off excess detection reagent and wrap the
membrane in Saran-Wrap before exposure to
X-ray film.
