Place shelving on solid and level floors.

Level the unit by adjusting the leveling
feet.

For mobile units: Lubricate the casters
regularly and replace worn casters
immediately.

WEIGHT CAPACITY

FOR BEST PERFORMANCE...

WARNING - TIPPING HAZARD

Shelves up to 48” (1220mm) in length =
550lbs. (250kg) maximum equally
distributed.

Do not stand or climb on shelving.
Place heavy objects on lowest shelf.

Distribute weight as evenly as
possible.

Do not drop heavy objects on shelves
or subject units to shock such as
forklifts or dollies.

8” (203mm) diameter casters should
not be used on units less than
21” (533mm) wide.

Units over 50” (127cm) high should be
assembled with at least three shelves,
preferably four or more.

Shelving with threaded casters is
NOT intended for use as transport
carts.

NEVER exceed 1600lbs. (720kg) on
any FOUR TIER stationary unit.

Shelves longer than 48” = 400lbs. (180kg)
maximum equally distributed.

NEVER exceed 330lbs. (150kg) or three
times the caster load rating (whichever is
less) on any Shelving Unit with casters.

Failure to follow these instructions

could result in personal injury or

property damage.

NEVER exceed 800lbs. (360kg) on any
TWO TIER stationary unit.
