Use Up/Down button to set MM (00 ~ 59) and

press OK/Menu button.

Use Up/Down button to set On/Off and press OK/

Menu button.

Press and hold OK/Menu button to return back to

Golf Mode.

Press OK/Menu to stop alarm.
