IN GENERAL:
The purpose of the Elbow Mandrel Pointer Kit is to aid in aligning the elbow mandrel
within a prescribed line on the end of a section of pipe, elbow, or other fitting.
The Elbow Mandrel Pointer Kit is designed to slide over the shaft of an elbow
mandrel.
