6.03 MOUNT TRIPPER BRACKET ON CLAMSHELL
CAUTION: Do not install cutting tools, like the Tool Bits, until the
clamshell halves are mounted on the pipe or the equipment will be
damaged.
1. Configure the Clamshell for your application.
2. Install the Clamshell on the pipe.
3. Select the Clamping Bar and Jackscrew Set for your application.
4. Install the Clamping Bar and Jackscrew Set.
5. Mount the Tripper Bracket on the Clamshell.
CAUTION: Do not use the Tripper Bracket for the standard tool
modules. It does not work with the OD Tracking Module.
