3 . Enter a unique monitored condition name.
4 . Click Next.
5 . Select Conditions.
6 . Select a Subject Port (device).
7 . Select an available option.
8 . Edit the Name field (if desired).
9 . Set the desired condition test parameters (if available).
10. Click Apply Condition. A checkmark appears in the
Conditions checkbox.
11. Click Next.
